General Membership Meeting
NOMINATIONS
The nominations committee shall present to the membership at least one candidate
for the office of:
President
First Vice-President
Second Vice-President
Third Vice-President
Corresponding Secretary
Financial Secretary
Treasurer
Sergeant-At-Arms
Additional nominations can be made from the floor at this meeting. Nominees must
be present. No individual may fill more than one office at a time. In the event
of an unopposed candidate for any office, the Recording Secretary shall cast one
vote for the candidate.

Any individual, 18 years of age or older who is recognized by the New York City
Housing Authority as a permanent resident of Bayview Houses and who has joined
the Bayview Tenant Association before the nominations and/or election meeting,
shall be eligible to vote in all matters presented for vote at this meeting.
No Proxy, absentee, or write-in votes accepted.
If necessary, elections will be held on the next General Membership Meeting ñ
Thursday, May 20, 2004.
We urge all eligible residents to participate.
